Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines 2 has just been delayed, yet again. The development team behind the game, Hardsuit Labs, has pushed the release date back from 2020 to sometime in 2021. This isn't the first time the game has faced a delay either, as it was slated to release in 2019, the year it was revealed, before the announcement came that said the game would release in 2020 instead. The reasoning behind the delay is attributed to the high "quality bar and ambitions" that the studio has set for itself, leading to the team needing more time to create a game that they feel will be the best possible experience for the fans. More information about the game will be given in the coming months leading up to the new 2021 launch window.

Oh well, not gonna complain if they want to get the game where they want it to be before it releases as opposed to just releasing garbage first and fixing it later.

Here's hoping the extra time is used wisely. Bloodlines has some big shoes to fill, and frankly most Paradox games turn out pretty "meh."
