Using haxxstation and WiFi to get ROMs off of GBA carts on a DS Lite? I don't have a flashcart (I gave mine away).

The basic idea is to use haxxstation to get a program over to the DS Lite (from my modded DSI) and then that program sends a copy of the GBA rom to my PC.

The biggest problem is I cant even find a program to extract the ROM.

I don't think anybody made a wifi enabled GBA ROM dumper, and I am not sure there is even source for one (granted it should only be a matter of copying everything from 08000000 to 09FFFFFF -- http://problemkaputt.de/gbatek.htm#dsmemorymaps , plus a bit more for saves).

If you just want to dump games then far easier to get a flash cart -- as it will be for a DS lite it basically does not matter as long as the cart has DLDI support (all but a handful of the oldest and junkiest will), and GBA games barring the likes of https://mgba.io/2015/10/20/dumping-the-undumped/ , which does have some example dumping code at the end).

Anyway tools people use to dump games normally would be either Rudolph's GBA dumpers ( https://filetrip.net/nds-downloads/applications/download-gba-backup-tool-0-21-f3228.html ) or cory1492's gbaldr ( https://filetrip.net/nds-downloads/...-gbaldr-3in1-gba-loader-0-1-final-f10977.html ). I don't think either have source but as mentioned above it really is just a matter of cycling through those.

If you need a simplistic tool then one of the old DS save dumpers used netcat as a simple data sending framework without having to worry about setting up FTP or something, obviously it is not as robust but for local network where you can sit next to the router it is not so bad. http://netcat.sourceforge.net/ for more on that.

If I am linking things then I might as well chuck http://www.chishm.com/SendSave/index.html in the mix as well.
