ROM Hack Using DS as a tablet?

Is there a way I could wirelessly connect my DS to my PC and use it as a tablet? I'm not talking about an app like colors and then saving the image to your PC, but actually using the DS to draw in a program like Photoshop and things like that.

If there is a way to do such a thing, please let me know, thanks.

i dont know exactly what you are talking about but dshobro lets you go onto the internet from your computer with your ds all you have to do is open a program and you can do it it makes internet much faster because it is from you computer.

I can remember me a tool to control your mouse and on the background you saw the windows screen
So its a tablet with even the screen, but forgot the name
