First of all SORRY IF THIS IS AGAINST THE TOS IF IT IS PLEASE DELETE. So anyways is it possible to get blank SNES carts and put ROMs on them? I really want to play SNES games on the original system but some games are just too expensive *coughchronotriggerandearthboundcough*. So is there any way?

No, they use ROM chips (hence the term 'ROM image' which cannot be rewritten). Get an emulator for your computer or an Xbox.

yeah the more hard to find snes games have to be emulated as they are too expensive to buy thanks to their rarity ¬_¬

You can get flash carts for SNES. They are really expensive though
