I registered an account with PayPal, but it's still 'unverified' because I don't have a bank account to link it to(I'm under 18, but they don't know that, and probably won't find out). Can I still make or receive payments without verifying the account?

I've never opened a bank account, since I've got no money to put in the bank, so I have no account to link to. Even if I had money, I'm not even sure how many local banks let minors open accounts, and my parents would be against it anyways.

Hm... well I just recently got an account, and from what I gather:

You wont be able to spend because its not linked to any bank account. The only way it would work is if you sell something and then use that money already in your PayPal from the sale on the item you want to purchase.

However, you wont be able to cash out any of the money from sales.

Well, that's pretty much what I planned on doing; sell my Micro and MP3 player, buy one of them fancy Dingoo A320s from DX(would be nice to see the Gemei version for sale, but not much luck there). Every bit as good as the Gemei X760+, but with a better emulation layout.
