Hacking USED PSTV - Remove previous PSN account with 3.60 Enso installed

Recently picked up a second hand PSTV, got Henkaku Enso 3.60 installed, had a blast playing Persona 3 Portable on the big screen with Adrenaline, only to discover I forgot to remove the previous owner's account on it.

What is the best to go about replacing it with one of my own? Will I lose Henkaku Enso if I go about it using the clumsy way Sony wants us to change accounts? (Restore system) Can I still play my legit Vita carts and paid DLC if I use one of the homebrew account switchers?

No you won't lose enso, just use Simple Account Switcher to switch account.

What about system activation? The previous owner's sign in credentials are saved, so i can deactivate the console. Could i deactivate it, use SAS to put my account on it, activate it on there, then remove the old account, effectively leaving things as if my account was the only one ever on it?

For activation you will have to go into setting then Playstation network, and sign in to your account, and then click on Activation, not 100% sure if it will activate.

iirc consoles on 3.6 can't be activated. Try switching over to 3.65 enso, which has both enso and perfect game compatibility (soon).

I'm on the fence about going up to 3.65 just yet. Mostly my own paranoia since i'm still new to this Henkaku business. Figure i'll leave it on 3.60 until i'm a bit more experienced.

If i leave it activated on the other account but use my account for games and DLC will that be okay?

It's really easy. Like, download a program, plug in your PSTV, and copy down some easy-to-get numbers. You'll have to uninstall enso and update to 3.65 first though. Don't worry about the enso, you'll get it back when you're on 3.65.

Henkaku's PSN spoofing doesn't help with activation? I have another desktop version spoofer that worked on my 3.67 Vita and downloading some DLC off the PSN that I used shortly after 3.68 was released.
