Hacking Use wii u gamepad to play nes games ?

Hi guys, I wonder if its possible to play retro games like nes, snes on vWii homebrew channel with wii u gamepad while tv is off ? So it will look like I have a handled console ?

There is a way to play any wii games under vwii with the wii u gamepad with the tv off ?
