I would like to know how to use cheat code action replay to Game Boy Color,Advance with twilight menu++ please ?
And I would also like to know where and how do you use the covers or in which folder, which format?

TWiLight uses the GameYob Emulator.
You can use the Cheats for GameBoy and GameBoy Color Games.

Your Cheatfile(s) must be a in .cht Format and located in the same Directory as the Game.
The Game and Cheatfile must have the same Name.

Example:
Super Mario.gb
Super Mario.cht

The Cheats must have this Format:

Example: 010AA3CE 0Lives

010AA3CE -> Code
0 or 1 -> Disabled/Enabled
Lives -> Description

as you can see, I have gba boxart too. if you want to get that artwork easily, use twilight menu updater and select the folder your roms are in.

This is only for GB/GBC games (loaded through GameYob emulator), not for GBA games (loaded via GBARunner2 hypervisor), afaik.

PS: I believe that GBARunner2 isn't compatible with cheats. Perharps only using a 3ds mode emulator like mGBA or gPSP you can load cheats for GBA games
