I'm curious. Has anyone tried to use the memory cart that comes with the DS Opera Browser as a flash cart for playing GBA back-up ROMs and homebrew? I'm not sure what kind of memory is on that cart, though I assume it is your basic RAM (and thus loses all its data after the power shuts off). However, the bookmarks are stored somewhere (as well as the settings), though I assume that is on the actual cartridge itself.

The bookmarks and settings are stored on the DS cart itself. The memory cart is nothing more than 10 MB of memory.

I had this discussion on another forum once, and the conclusion was that it would never work. Your cart needs to be designed for it to run GBA roms.
