I think it's a bug. I've seen it not load banners before and for no reason. the only solution was to reinstall the game, but then it would affect other games too.

I've tried reinstalling its manhunt 2. This also happened to spiderman sd and tomb raider underwrold.

It also happens to wiiflow and cfg. But with spiderman sd the wbfs I'd was SPDE52 then I changed 52 to 01 than it worked. But it gave me an insert disc error.
