Greetings viewer!
So, based on my last thread post, I'm still having issues revolving around USBLoader GX. Which IS up to date as version 3.0 r1281.
The last thread post talks about how WiiWare titles don't work and show the "An Error Has Occured" screen. This is happening to a 64GB Kingston DataTraveler 3.0 USB Device that I own, so I thought of formatting a different USB Key to fat32 and make that work on the Wii for USBLoader GX. The brand new USB Key I have is a SanDisk 128GB Ultra USB 3.0 Flash Drive, based on what I read from the USB Devices Compatibility List Thread for 128GB devices. It's formatted to fat32 correctly, then I copied EVERYTHING from my 64GB USB Device (which took up an estimated 37.9 - 38.4 GB of free space), and plugged it in my Wii's USB Port 1 to let the program register my device.
The differences were noticeable as the 128GB Device is slower than the 64GB Device, but the big giveaway was when I tried to open USBLoaderGX.
For the 128GB Device: I try to open a game title and press start, but then the application hangs up and is stuck on the banner screen. This also happens when accessing the settings and try to get back to the main screen, also hangs up. I've tried to port a fresh version of the program, and it still did the same thing.
For the 64GB Device: Nothing is wrong and the buttons don't hang up the application to run the Wii Games. However, like before, WiiWare titles and WADs don't work.
Now, trust me on what I'm typing, but I have done a System Check and brought the csv log report to ModMii. It stated "According to your SysCheck log your mods are up to date. However, you have some unnecessary IOSs that can optionally be removed or stubbed," the IOSs that could optionally be removed or stubbed were 4, 10, 16, 51, 222, 223, which I did not do. I have the log attached, just in case you want to review it.
I'm not entirely sure of what's going on, either that the program isn't working properly or that there is something wrong with my Wii System that can't be checked from SYSCheck. It could also be the 128 USB Key I'm using, but I'm not assuming it yet. For additional information, I have previously attempted to install WADs that, quote, fix all USBLoader and WiiFlow Problems, which comes from this YouTube Link:
If there are any suggestions or tips of what I can do next, I will feel very grateful!
Thanks!
