I have modified the official v1.4 USB Loader files to display 21 lines instead of 12 and included a child-locked version which disables adding and removing games. Both dol files, a psd of the full background, and a png of the background layout have been included in the following archive:

The dol files are simply modified versions of the official v1.4, so the folders used for a custom background and game covers are the same. You can put a custom background named background.png in /usb-loader and game covers in /usb-loader/covers

This is the forwarder channel I use for it:
(put your dol file in /apps/usb_loader on your SD card)

Unfortunately, that forwarder (like all I know of) has the nunchuck errror, so ensure your nunchuck is not plugged in when launching.

Hopefully Troy will get the chance to turn the dol files into channels.

Troy has been setting up a great channels thread here:

I'll update this post when he makes channels available and you can go to his post and grab them.

If anyone has any requests for further modifications of v1.4, just let me know. The idea with this version, however, is to keep things simple and only make modifications which make the application more usable.

Yeah, that's what I meant. Awesome, thanks.

Edit: Sorry, one tiny issue that I can see. The alignment of the console seems to be a little bit off (at least for the child version I tested). It seems there's one line off screen (at the top), and space for that at the bottom.

The download link in the first post now points to the new zip file.
