Hacking usb loader load game from wii menu

is there a way to make it so that the wii iso on the usb mounts onto the disk channel and loads it from there?
becuase i like to see those wii game start up animations

Only way to load from USB to the Disc Channel is to buy, install and use a WODE.
There is no way to load a USB Loader game from the disc channel as the Disc Channel only reads from the Optical Drive.
If you're talking about the disc spinning animation, you could always use USB Loader GX which if I remember correctly has those types of animations when you go to load a game.
