OK, this is driving me INSANE.

About a week ago I updated 249 to rev 20b and after that USB loaders refused to detect my USB device, even though HBC and all emulators will.

I got absolutely zero help on the problem but I eventually solved it by completely revirginizing my Wii and soft modding it all over again and it began working.

Fast forward a week and then I realize Triiforce is broken with rev 20 so I downgraded to rev 19. Triiforce works again. Great!

**** by USB loaders no longer work AGAIN!

I upgraded to 20b again and still nothing. [IMG]

Does anybody have any idea what would cause the USB loaders not to detect the HD???

Its the same HD I have always used. The only thing that changed was the cIOS revision.

I have tried every loader available, on both 222 and 249.

Thanks to anyone that can help me with this.

    Try base38.

Also, if rev19base38 doesnt work right try rev17 base38. Idk if you are using triiforce or the MRC version, but rev17 works fine with MRC for me.

However I use fat32 for my USB, so I dont touch cIOS 249 for backup loading.

What format is your hard drive? Fat32, NTFS, or WBFS?

First time I see someone able to use TRIIFORCE with 249 rev 19, are you certain it is not rev 17 ?

OK, I tried base 38 - both 17 and 19 and still no luck.

And yes I am positive I am using rev19 with Triiforce - Triiforce mrc won't work but Triiforce does.

My hard drive is partitioned to Fat32/WBFS.

EDIT: Well I found a cIOS rev 17b that supposedly fixes the dual layer issue in rev 17, and that one is working with both USB and Triiforce - so now that it's working im gonna leave it alone. Odd how none of the other versions would work though...

Oliver I actually have had Triiforce run to some degree of success (but not 100% working) with rev19 base either 38 or 57... or both.

But I had never gotten Triiforce to run in conjunction with MRC on any cIOS, so I stuck with MRC on rev17 base38.

Never mind. It worked once and does not work anymore. [IMG]
