I formatted my usb external hard drive with WBFS Manager 3.0 and everything went ok.
I plugged the drive into the wii and lauched usb loader it said I needed to format so I did.
Now when I go to plug the drive back into the pc WBFS Manager doesn't recognize it.
Any idea on what I can do to fix that?

Reformat it on your computer with WBFS manager 3.01 again and put a game or 2 on it .
Make sure its FAT32 when you format it with WBFS manager

How do I do that if the drive doesn't show up when I open WBFS Manager up?

does it show as a drive letter on your computer at all
use this http://www.ridgecrop.demon.co.uk/index.htm?fat32format.htm with the gui and do a full format with it not a quick format
because if there is an error caused by formatting it with the wii and comp this will get rid of it can take over an hour but well worth the wait for an error free drive
