Can someone post instructions on how to use USB Loader 1.5 with and SD card. I have teh files on my SD card formatted to WBFS.

What I am confused about is how can you load the app on the hbc with an SD card that is WBFS formatted and has no ability to add the apps????

    Hey m8.
Don't format your SD card as WBFS. "WBFS is the format for your hard drive or flash drive you have your games on.
If you format your SD as WBFS you wont be able to add files to it nor will your Wii system menu read it so you can't run USB Loader via the SD card or hbc.

Format your SD on your PC as FAT then place your USB Loader boot.dol app in "SD:/apps/usbloader/" folder

Or are you trying to run games from your SD?

You have to partition your SD as follow:

1st PRIMARY with FAT32 for the apps
2nd PRIMARY with WBFS for the games (use WBFS Manager to put the ISOs on it)

You need 2 SD cards, one for the HBC and USB loader and one for the games.

Although some games are small, less that 1Gb quite a lot are over 4Gb.

The USB loader is better used with an external hard drive, or large USB flash drive.

You could do what supagusti said also.
But I think using your SD card for running games is pointless as it's far more expensive for cards and you will be lucky to get 1 or 2 good games on a 4gb card.
A 120 - 320gb external drive will only cost you around €40 - €60 on ebay delivered and you can store all your games on it. It's the way to go if you can afford one. But in my opinion I would not recommend running games from your SD card.
