    Hey guys,

Ok so I've run a stable Wii with a portable hard drive that's worked for ages with USB Loader GX.

A friend recently bought a modded Wii of someone, and he got my hard drive to run what I have on his Wii.

Problem is it won't detect the hard drive!

When he runs USB loader GX, it reads the drive and says there are 0 games. But when he runs a manager it shows all the games (and my wii does as well).

What do you think is missing?

    Cheers!

He kept the SD card from the one he bought the Wii?
His USBLoaderGX config file probably still have old user's config, with a different default partition.

Either delete the settings completely (recommended if it's not the same user, because you don't know which setting the old user liked, maybe some games are hidden, parental controlled, etc.)
    or
Go to Settings > HDD settings > Click on the first option in the list to scroll/re-detect the available partitions of your drive.

He can also check if the Game sources are matching the one he want to display (4th icon in the top menu) : Wii, GameCube, Real NAND, EmuNAND.
