Hacking USB Loader GX: What qualifies a game as "New" in the game list?

I'm starting a new Wii from an existing disk and I would like either all the games to appear as new or none of them.
I've been looking for a config file that would store what is new and what is not but I can't find anything.
What exactly does USB Loader GX observes to decide that a game is new or not?

Is it the GameTimestamps.txt file? And if it is, is there anywhere I could find the format?
If not, what is this file used for?

I think it just means you haven't played it from USB loader gx yet
