Okay, so last time I was stuck on "Initializing devices" and I got rid of that issue. But now I have a rather clichéd one. The whole "Initialize USB device" bullcrap.

Now, before you say anything, yes, my USB drive is FAT32 and the loader's IOS was set to 58. But it still doesn't work for me. If my USB device can work with CFGLoader and Nintendont, then surely it would work with USBLGX, right?

No.

My USB device is a 16GB SanDisk Cruzer Edge and appears to be USB 2.0. And my SysCheck is as follows: (I don't know how to make the Spoilers bar)

SysCheck HDE v2.4.0 HacksDen Edition by JoostinOnline, Double_A, R2-D2199, and Nano

If your Wii U Horizontal put the stick in the one closest to top.

If your Wii U Vertical it should be the Right Slot.

Try other port if not sorry nothing you can do really your best of using a 2'5 HDD with Y Cable or better yet a 3'5 with dedicated Power.

I just tried it. I got the "Waiting for HDD" message.
i never used wii homebrew on wiiu much, but the original wii had issues with usb drive when it came to backups. it took me forever till i just gave up and used my sd to back up the games and transfer them to my pc to the flash drive. it worked, but can only use. if i use usb loader gx to backup it will freeze. just look for backup software that uses the sd slot as a device then back up your discs that way. then use a backup manager that supports the file that was dumped that accepts usb wbfs drives. (i think wii backup manager supports most) then put it to the drive that way. other then that there is nothing more then just get another flash drive the has a 50/50 chance to work or get a external hdd

the wii and wii u are very picky about drives. i had two identical seagate drives and one was able to load games from emunand and the other got stuck whenever i tried to load anything from emunand. its just the way it is. your best bet is buy a new drive and try it out.
