Hacking USB Loader GX Rock Band 2 & Guitar Hero 5 Issues

i'm having issues loading Rock Band 2 and Guitar Hero 5 on USB Loader GX.

For Rock Band 2, the game starts up but it freezes on the "Refreshing addon content list. Please do not touch the SD Card, the Power Button, or RESET." screen. i have the original disc and the game freezes as well when it reaches this screen, i can tell its frozen because of the audio. if i have the sd card removed and boot the game through the disc, the game starts. the game worked in the past on USB Loader GX so i'm not too sure why it's not working anymore. i do have wads installed that enabled the DLC songs and as i said it worked in the past.

For Guitar Hero 5, the game boots back to the homebrew channel.

Rock Band 3 and Guitar Hero Warriors of Rock work fine.

Any idea on whats the issue here?

i figured out that the dlc was messing up rockband 2. so i just deleted them for now. but for some reason, guitar hero 5 still isnt working.
