USB Loader GX isn't recognising any of my games installed.

After looking through the forums, none of them answered my question or helped resolve my issue.

I have a 32GB USB, it says on the USB loader '28GB of 32GB' when I have no games on there. I tried switching USB ports, I've tried restarting/powering off my Wii, even deleting all of the games and trying to re-install one of them. It displays them all as blank, the category 'Wii Games' are ticked so it isn't that issue. I just want to know why it isn't showing up, It keeps coming up with 'USB Device not recognised' or something.

I have NOT:

Re-installed USB Loader GX
Deleted any of the important files or touched them.

Make sure you're running the latest version of gx from @blackb0x 's signature

Flash drives generally have poor compatibility, it can be improved by formatting it was wbfs instead of fat32, but you would forgo many of the benefits of fat32 by doing so. You could also try ntfs but it's not as likely to improve compatibility as wbfs. Ideally you could swap it for a larger USB hard drive formatted as fat32
