Hacking Homebrew USB loader gx: buttons stop working after 5 seconds of having the app open

I will load up usbloader gx and select gamecube titles to show up however whenever they do the application will still let me press the buttons on the app but none of them will work
(I was using this tutorial if anyone was wondering )

Why are People in Guides are still recommending using Flash Drives and Company.....

Ok,then People would like to have "still" Issues and Troubles with their Wii´s and USBLoaders.

Do you use a Flash Drive or HDD please ?
