Have an interesting if not strange issue.
I recently Jailbroke my wii for the first time - Followed the wii.hacks guide to a T
USB Loader GX Loads up fine when my USB stick is in the left rear USB Port. It loads up Wii Games Fine when it is in this port - When I select a gamecube game it boots through nintendont and Nintendont cant read the USB on the the Left Rear Port
Nintendont Loads up fine when my USB Stick in the Right Rear Port. I am able to boot gamecube games directly in nintendont with my USB stick in that port.
What this essentially means is I need to switch my USB Ports and open two different pieces of software to boot my games.
What I have done to troubleshoot - Choose a different USB port on the back in USB Loader GX and attempt to switch the USB number in the settings - This does not work. I also tried both settings.
Any suggestions?

The Syscheck is OK. The cIOS 249/250 only support port 0 to play Wii games. Nintendont doesnt need a cIOS and is using ios 58, which checks in descending order for drives -> Port 1 (back upper one), then Port 0 (back lower one). You may also try using IOS58 as loader IOS.

Did you also configured the Nintendont settings inside USB Loader GX?
  • For Gamecube :
    • Settings > Loader Settings > Scroll to -- GameCube Settings --
      • Set Gamecube Modus to Nintendont
      • Roll the GameCube Source options for the path and their priority. Choose whether you want to see SD, USB, or both and which order.
    • Settings > custom path > GameCube ("SD GameCube" is for SD:/games on SDCard if used)
      • Set that folder to your USB:/games/ path. (You might have to change the path in case you have multiple partitions, or multiple drives, or use IOS58 instead of cIOS, or all unusual hdd/IOS setup).
I dont think its USBLGX version issue or bug (if its not old) so just in case you may try a different one.

Alright I think I have narrowed down the issue a little more.
Using IOS58 in USB Loader GX Broke everything.

I don't think the Bug is in USB LoaderGX at all the issues is in Nintendont - It wont read from USB1, i think it is exclusively looking for USB0. USB LoaderGX wont load the thumb drive from USB 0 However.

Is there a way to force Nintendont to read from USB1? This would solve the issue for me. I can seem to find the option in nintendont's settings.
