Hacking USB Loader GX 3 + Full EMU NAND + 4.3u = ? Error

Im using USB Loader GX and I have Full emulation NAND, and some games are giving me a Black Screen with white letters with the following message...

An error has occurred. press the eject button,
remove the game disk, and turn off the power to
the console. please read the wii operations
manual for further instructions.

And sometimes when i put partial emulation on NAND, the game runs fine, is there any way to fix this using Full Emulation???

more importantly too, which cIOS version/revision?
Did you try another loader? (not neek, it should work in any *neek).

I'm using USB Launcher GX 249, and some games are working now, also I have d2x v8

how did you obtain the NAND? was it modmii or a self dump?

I have tried a dump from USB Loader GX and NAND extract, and is the same, but sometimes the problem games are diferent...

What is the best way to make EMU NAND???
