I always get this error:

USB Devie not initialized. Switching to channel list mode.

I don't understand why, I already installed the cIOS d2x correctly and it didn't want to work, just in case I have the Flash Drive in FAT32, Homebrew Channel detects my Flash Drive and even used WiiFlow and also read it along with all my games, what happened here?

Extra Information: If you see cIOS 249 installed in d2x v10 (older version), let me tell you that I previously tried it with d2x v11 and it didn't work, so I downgraded it to see if USBLoaderGX detected it (since 249 is the default cIOS for the mentioned loader) but it didn't work...

Make sure it's plugged into port 0.
Make sure it has only one partition, and is formatted as Fat32 32kb cluster size.
You can try with the latest Wiiflow Lite too.

When loading games into WiiFlow, the cutscenes and music stop playing, then after a few minutes the game freezes. I looked at the Wii guide page and since it's made for hard drives, I guess WiiFlow is made for high speed read drives or something like that.

Most, & I mean most Flash drives fail in many different ways with Wii & it's apps/games (Fat32).
If you want to use a Flash drive, you'd be better off using WBFS partition. It's more complex, but it works.

Try using ModMii. It will set the Wii apps to what's needed. I'm sure you'll love it :)
Many have used ModMii & totally loved it. Wii life made easy :)
A HDD is your safer bet with Fat32.
