Hacking USB Loader Delima?

I have been toying with the usb loader's all evening and have a few questions.

I have a chip modded wii and one that is soft modded. The chip modded runs everything. The soft mod most everything. How ever when using the usb loader. I can not get PAL games to work, they load up in pal, even if the iso has been region changed. Also when using the GX loader and forcing to NTSC it just locks up the unit.

Question, can the usb loader be made to load PAL on NTSC like a chip does?
What is the best usb loader that DOES NOT have a lock function. or at least one that can be disabled. (its annoying.)

I am not a expert on this but i am using USB Loader GX. And when loading the game, i can choose to load certain options like " FORCE NTSC " / " FORCE PAL60 "

try another rev maybe , make sure you unlock , then erase the password to be in god mode, the use then option system default or force NTSC , as video option , the first one on top of setting page,

try that it should work fine, , if not make sure you a stable rev of the usb loader GX, i find out the rev326 was very stable , didnont try the last one rev403,

Where can i find rev 326? I just found the version 1.0 that was in an earlier post? I did try this loader (maybe not this revistion) and force ntsc and it would load an games unless they were already ntsc? Do I need and IOS patch?

using preloader and region free hacks helps for this and also adds some brick protection to your 4.0 softmodded wii

preloader has nothing to do with the USB loader AT ALL..!!
