I have a WD HDD that i have my games on. I have install Homebrew and everything works game load and everything works.

I screwed with it thinking i would update it and make it better and now

The HDD access light stay on from the time I turn the WII on. Till I turn it off

I didn't use to do that only can on when I went to the usb loader and started playing games

It turns off when you turn the Wii off. It runs with the power of the Wii, especially if you have an external that is one of those 2.5 portable drives, such as the WD Essentials SE drives for your laptop.
