Remember how you used to tape fireworks together or make draino bombs when you were a teen?

That's the extent of this guy's terrorist ability.

Dunno, they apparently found a substance supposed to be fertiliser. Thing is, you really dont have to be a mastermind to make something go kaboom.

Don't reckon it'll be Al Quaeda inspired, looks more like your lone anti-government nutter in the McVeigh mould.

It doesn't take a mastermind, but it does take more than a village idiot. The guy had a bunch of M88 firecrackers stuffed in a can. (For those of you not in the USA, these are firecrackers that have very little gunpowder but are stuffed inside cardboard tubes to make them look big.)

This is the kind of terrorist that, if told to blow up a bus, would burn his lips on the exhaust pipe.

Anyway, you are right. This is the work of a nutter.

New York is crowded all day and night so a bomb going off will result in more loss of life.

There's a reason they call this "The city that never sleeps".

    We see EVERYTHING.
