Hacking US .cia openning in Japanese? :O

well if it's in .cia try this: let the cursorseleced the codename steam, them press select and open an US game , don' wait it load, press A and strat the game
it might load in englsh
I don't know why this happens but I do that on my US 3DS when I want to open pokemon suffer/scramble in japanese xD (of course, I use an japanese game :v)

I have the japanese smahs bros on GW, the multgame menu and stuffs, one day i was like " Let's play smash..." *selected it and stuffs, then A" but first a bit of pokemon suffer ...*pressed A again and entered this thing* and then it was in japanese xD
Sadly it don't work to boot in portuguese a EUR game that have it xp

Install the game you want to play as a cia. Hover over it, press select to open gateway's multirom menu, select a rom that's of the region you'd like to force the cia to run in. Keep mashing A to select that rom and immediately launch the cia.

1. Highlight over the installed game you would like to play in English (Obviously this game has to have a english option in it. i.e. Codename STEAM, Pokemon, Bravely Default)
2. While the game is highlighted, press select opening the multi-rom menu.
3. Select a game from the menu that know is US and plays in English. (I like to use Shovel Knight)
4. Then as soon as you press A selecting the game you want from the multi-rom menu, press A again as fast as you can selecting the game you would like in english.
5. Play your game in english

Today I was screwing around with several cias and a fresh install of Pokemon Y booted up in Japanese. I have a US system, and it was from a US rom image, so this isn't at all normal.

What I think happened was that just prior to that I had run Final Fantasy Explorers, which is JPN-only. I tested this again by running a US rom (in this case, Majora's Mask), and then exiting and immediately launching Pokemon again. This time it was in English. I once again did FFEX>Pokemon and it was once again in Japanese.

I'm not too interested in testing this further but if someone else wants to give it a try.. Just make sure the "primer" game you run doesn't have the language that you don't want
