Upright player piano vs non player upright?

So looking to get a cheap piano off craigslist, women is moving willing to sell me a upright player piano and i'm wondering if there is any major sound difference/anything bad about player pianos? Do they cost more to tune ect? Is it worth it to wait and get a non player cheap piano?

I think Player Pianos Are quite expensive compared to regular ones. I play a Upright Yamaha Piano that sounds great.
