DETAILS OF PROBLEM:

-The upperscreen will ONLY work if I push the upperscreen as far the DS can handle with the L-button pushed hard in. IF i let go of the screen and/or let go of the L-button the problem returns.(as shown in the vid)

-The upperscreen is'nt functioning good anymore, you'll see just a blank screen but you can see the animations on it so you can see things on it.

-You can still see the vid/animation on the upperscreen.

Please help me my fellow GBA-temp mates!

fixing the top screen can be a bit hard because it involves desoldering the speakers and then soldering them back onto the new screen.

If you have experience in that field it will make it a lot easier, i however did not have any experiece what so ever in soldering things and i was able to fix several top screens without drama.

I do have little experience in soldering since I have to do a project on that in college. First make sure when de-soldering that you let the heat do its thing, wiggle the speakers out of place little by little so it can become more loose. Just make sure you don't 'PULL' on the speakers because its attach to a wire and pulling on it can cause one of them not to work at all. When soldering back you want to be as careful as possible since the lead can quickly solidified when unheated for a short period of time. Also get your dad or neighbor with tools to help you out, they should know what they are doing. Last option, send it back to Nintendo.
