Hacking Upgrading SD card with A9HL+LumaCFW question

Hey guys.. i installed A9HL+Luma on my new 3ds the other day using safehax ( i was on 11.2 and now i upgraded to 11.3) and i wanna upgrade my 4 gd sd card to a 32 gb one..
I need to know how to upgrade without loosing my cias and all that crap..

Also you can just put A9LH on your NAND if you followed the guide I'm sure it'd tell you that at one point, I can't remember though, so technically it won't even be needed on the SD card
