Disclaimer: You will need to do a clean install (meaning that it will delete all files and and installed software)! Make sure to back any important irreplaceable files before doing this!

A while ago, I realized that my computers W10 OS was 32Bit, but can support W10 64Bit and then this idea came in mind to tell everyone how to if you don't know how. So, let's get started! :D

First of all we need these few requirements!
►A 64Bit CPU (of coarse!)
►A few things that your CPU needs to have
►At least 4GB of RAM (this is very common in most computers)
►Meeting all the requirements

Now, here is the most technical part of all! We need to see if our CPU can run windows 10 (and yes I am talking about a 64Bit CPU). You need to download the Coreinfo.zip file (which is at the bottom of this post). Extract the Coreinfo.exe file from the Coreinfo.zip. Now open CMD and drag the Coreinfo.exe file into it and press enter.

You will now see a screen like this (without the red boxes) and make sure to see if you have the requirements in the red boxes which should be NX, PAE, and SSE2. If you have all of those, then you are now ready to install windows 10 - 64Bit.

Ok, so now that you got all of that done, you will go and download the MediaCreationTool here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10 . Now open the MediaCreationTool and Accept the Licence term. Click on "Create installation media for another PC" and press Next. Now if you want to set the Language and Edition then do so! Change the Architecture to "64-Bit (x64)", then click next. Now select whether to put it into a USB flash drive (use rufus for this) or put it in a ISO file to burn it through a DVD later. Click Next and then sit back and watch Netflix, Crunchyroll or TV because this is going to take a while.

Now that all of that is done, do whatever you needed to do either to put it in a USB flash drive (use rufus for this) or save it as an ISO file so then you can burn it in a DVD. Ok, now that that's done, reboot your PC and install it like you would do through USB or DVD (this is a tutorial how to change from 32Bit to 64Bit, not how to make the system use that partition. Just search up how to set that partition of the system so then it could bring up the installation part). Ok, so now install it like you were to installing it normally. Make sure to skip anytime it asks your for the product key (which is 2 times). Now that it is done installing Windows 10 will automatically check in with Microsoft and activate itself.

Congratulations, you now upgraded from 32Bit - Win10 to 64Bit - Win10
