Hacking upgrade to 4.0 ios, cios, and mios?

OK so i have been thinking of upgrading to 4.0 for its sd advantages, but i am worried that ill lose my patched cios, mios, and ios, will i have to repatch? Also I heard that wad manager is frigged on a black screen. My wii stats:

modded Mios(gamecube backups), Possibly Modded Ios, and Modded Cios.

I also have wads manually installed on my wii hard drive.
