Hacking Hardware upgrade SD card but not switch won't see the card

So I used the NxNandManager method to upgrade my sd card from 256 to 512GB. Everything seems to boot up just fine but the switch does not see the sd card inserted. All the games are saying "software is not currently on console...." I am booting in CFW so it runs Emunand CFW. Checking the switch setting, it says SD card not present. any suggestion?

Did you copy over the emunand folder on your old sd card? all your installed emunand games are in sd:\emunand\nintendo\. sd:\nintendo folder is only for sysnand, not emunand

Maybe the archive bit has been set on the files?
If that is the case, Hekate has an option to fix all the files.

Did you format the new card as Exfat? You might not have the drivers installed in emummc.

so I've used NxNandManager which do the formatting while creating Enumand. I've first formatted as exFat but as soon as the creating Enumand from the full NAND, it went back to Fat32. I've done it the 2nd times and it is now won't boot to hackat, Kept saying "failed to init or mount sd"

ok, I see it, it's big inside the RAW1 folder of emuMMC folder.

The old card still works.

Make sure your SD card is MBR partition scheme not GPT minitool partition wizard can show you and change it to MBR without destroying your data also make sure there is no unallocated space on your sd card most high compacity sd cards come formatted as GPT and make sure its formatted to fat32 32kb.
