Hey there! I'm stuck. My 3.1U Wii works perfectly fine with Homebrew, everything's OK. But I want to install Starfall, which requires that I have a 3.2 version. I don't have a Wifi connection, because here in India, Wii hasn't still officially released. So the LAN adapter isn't available. So I can't do a system update. I tried using AnyRegion Changer, but it requires a network connection as well! How can I update to 3.2? Any solutions?

What you need to do is this. Get NUSD (a computer app), use it to download the 3.2 System Menu and all the IOSes present in 3.2, and pack them into WADs with NUSD as well, then use WAD Manager to install them. I'm afraid I'm not sure exactly which IOSes you need, but you should be able to find that information somewhere I'm sure.
