Hacking Updating to 4.1/4.2 from a 4.0 softmodded wii

Hi guys!
I have a 4.0U softmodded wii, with preloader 0.29, HBC, Bootmii as IOS.
I want to play Wii Sports Resort, Wii Fit Plus and New Super Mario Bros Wii.
Can someone tell me briefly how to update my wii to 4.1 or 4.2?
I have to update preloader and HBC too?

Download with NUS IOS60-v6174 and SM4.1, pack them as wad and install them in this order with wadmanager. BTW you have to reinstall preloader after upgrade.
