Hacking Updating Mt Emunand to 9.4

guys. please help. i'm rather outdated with 3ds development. i got old 3ds with firmware 4.5. i have mt card which i can use. however i need to update to emunand 9.4 since 9.5/9.6 is not working with latest mt firmware. i've been waiting for 3/4 months for an update but seem no news on mt card.

so, is there any guide i can use to update emunand to 9.4?. i know i can update emunand using emunand tool but i need hardmodded 3ds. thus i need other method for solution.

Since mt card can run dev menu you should be able to download 9.4 from 3dnus and just install the cia files to update emunand

It's safe as long as you know your emunand is setup. I would make sure to backup the sd and emunand partition just incase though
