Hacking Updating help

Ok, so my friend wants WSR. I told him it was pointless to stay on 3.2. So he said okay, can you update it for me? I said sure. So here are his specs that I know of. HBC 1.01(I think) cIOSCORP, Starfall, cIOS rev 7, and of course 3.2U. So, what would the best action be to update his wii?

follow my guide and you'll:
1] update hbc to 1.0.3
2] update cioscorp to 3.1
3] rid of startfall and install preloader
4] update to cios rev 14
5] and be on 4.1
