Hacking Updating game with gw/sky3ds, possibility of getting banned

i just thinking.. is it possible to be banned for updating game on emunand/sky3ds?
is there any other way to update game without connect to eshop?

You can download the CIA version and install via BBM/Dev menu / big red menu.

You won't be banned for installing for a sky game or in emu nand.
