Updating an old version of Luma

Hello,

I haven't messed with my CFW 3ds in a long time. I'm running Luma v6.6 with a 3ds sys 11.9.0-42U

Most things still work but I'm not able to update my games. I've been reading a lot and there seem to be 2 or 3 options but I think I will need to update Luma. What would be the best way to go about this based on my Luma and 3ds software versions? Any help is appreciated, thanks.
