Dont use the 9.2 update packs, instead use the 9.0 from that iso site(it's actually 9.1). Believe me, coz I have a japanese n3ds too. see my sig

It's the 9.0 pack that's in use, im guesing its the exploit it self that is extremely unstable.

errr, with http://larbob.com/build/sysupdater/ it says from 10.3-10.7, does this mean it doesn't work on lower firmwares, or that is also supports the newer firmwares?

Well, even with the sysupdater from larbob, i only get a black screen when running it, nothing else happens.

But dont you get the update nag on 9.9 and are unable to access the browser?

Yellows8 published a browser nag workaround for o3ds and n3ds a few weeks ago.

Does browserhax even work on 9.9?

Is browserhax required? I use Ironhax for my homebrew. Won't that work for downgrade?

Downgrade worked at first attempt with firmware 10.7 and cubic ninja, everything remotely possible to do on firmware 9.5 failed MANY MANY times =)
