Homebrew Updated to Firmware 4.0 and formated Internal memory?

I just updated my Wii today, first i installied cIOS36 rev8 and after that i downloaded the official firmware 4.0.

and after that i installed the patched ios60 , and everything should be fine. but it didnt worked to install wads anymore with wad mannager.

So i formated my wiis internal memory, and now im on 4.0 with no homebrew channel?

Any idea?
