You can use Multi-Mod-Manager to delete all your stubs. You can then use ModMii to install the latest 249d2x56 and 250d2x57.

Make sure you are using a patched IOS, such as IOS236. If you do not have IOS236, use the IOS236 installer.

There should be a "Load another IOS" option.

I do not know what IOS236 installer you are using, but if it is what I think you're talking about, you want to say you are not a pirate.

don't mess with mmm, never worked for me, or gave me the same thing thats happening to you. i use dop mii. an as a wad manager i use yawmm. as far a "stub 249" the work around, is just grab the dx2 wad, the best one would be dx2 @ 56.. add to your wad folder. an install it. mmm still shows my 249 as a stub.. but i know i have dx2 there cause i'm playing my backup, of green lantarn as i type this.

Now you want to use ModMii to install 249d2x56 and 250d2x57. More information can be found here. Scroll down to the part titled "How to install d2x cIOSs."
