Hacking Updated to 4.1, wanting to make wii virgin.

Hi guys, I have a WII hard modded with wiikey, its an old machine. I installed starfall ages ago when I was on 3.2. I have recently updated my wii to 4.1, and things have gotten a little screwy.
At this stage is it possible to just remove absolutely everything and start a fresh? I dont have any intentions of keeping any saves, but would be nice. Would just like my wii back to it's off the shelf state.

I have searched for the record, but everyone is referencing v3.2, now i'm 4.1 do these guides still relate to my wii?

Your Wii is chipped. You aren't going to exactly get a "virgin" Wii status. I'd suggest just following this guide for at least fixing your softmod state. There's no harm, and from what I keep reading, more and more games are having issues with the wiikey.
