Hacking updated to 12.0.3 and i cant update or download any games

i have a unpatched switch i know downgrading is a thing can i still do that if i updated the normal way?

yeah unfortunately i updated before they pulled it. they fixed it and re released it but still think theres alot of us still stuck

There is no two 12.0.3 diferent versions of firmware, they stop the release of the firmware while they repairs his servers because some of them doesn't was working with the new firmware, when all the servers was working well they renew the release of the SAME firmware. my cfw side is fine. my sysnand is having the problems and i dont wanna risk ban by upgrading with the cfwsysnand daybreak. which is my original question.

Not a problem downloading on 12.0.3 before Nintendo pulled it from first 12.0.3 update on mine

Don't downgrade as that will cause more issues than if you stay on the same firmware version. It also flag you for a ban if you downgrade assuming you originally updated online.
