it is giving errors starting up, like es_identify and something about cleaning up tickets. How can i get these errors gone, and no, i will not downgrade back to 3.x just to fix it. Everything including usb loaders bootmii and etc are working, except this program. I do have ios 16, and tested it with a usb loader gx channel wad, so wads are working fine. Also have the pink fish disc on usb loader, loads fine, made a few back ups and restored them, so it too is working.
Any help? Just want this to work without errors, or without downgrading.

No, it downgrades most of your IOS's to the versions affected by the trucha bug.
It doesn't downgrade your System Menu or the IOS it uses so you will still be on 4.0
