I see I had a issue what sounds similar to this a while ago turned out it was the custom theme what was messing with it.

after removing sxos/titles/0100000000001000 folder on the sd card and reinjecting the payload it come back on fine

Trying to rebuild nand here but quickly got stumped when the biskeys (that derived from sdsetup biskeygen) i test in hackdiskmount fails. Any way to remedy this?

Dump them with biskeydump instead.
