I've long thought about but I'm not become conclusive if I should update my 3ds or not. I mean I had the firmware for Leafhax ect. used ...

Now you can do that all so used.

Here my question ...
Updating or leave it?

My Old 3ds is stuck at the sysNAND 9.5.0-22.

But cannot clone (for reuploading) other Towns in ACNL. Can I downgrade the Browser on the newest FW with Homebrew stuff?
