You never unlinked your NNID from Sysnand before setting up Emunand

Pull out your SD card, format Sysnand in System settings, go to Emunand, log into your NNID in System settings.

I did unlink sysNAND from emuNAND to setup coldboot to rxtools(system formatted without the SD card), and the NNID isn't linked with the sysNAND, maybe I have to re-link NNID in emuNAND by unlinking? I tried that too gives the same error.

Neither, I was using custom firmware. Reinand.
